Established in 2020, H&E Janitorial brings a wealth of experience in professional cleaning services, floor care, and disinfection. The need for a reliable local cleaning service in Northwest Ohio prompted the creation of H&E Janitorial. Our goal is to meet the cleaning and disinfecting needs of our clients with exceptional service.

We will accomplish this through a range of training, investment in new technology and helping you find the correct equipment, product and chemical for your needs. Alexandra Kinney
Owner
Alexandra grew up learning and helping her family with their business. She enjoys the benefits of being a stay at home mom while running the business behind the scenes. She loves to read, do art, and spend time with family in her spare time.
Joshua Kinney
President
Josh has been active in the cleaning industry for over fifteen years. In 2020 Alex and Josh started their own cleaning company, H&E Janitorial LLC, with a goal to provide professional and reliable service to the local northwest Ohio cleaning service market. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his children, visiting museums, and trips to Cedar Point.

Do you hire your own employees or subcontract?
Our contract cleaning services are carried out by employees we directly hire. For specialized jobs, we usually handle the work in-house. However, if there is a need to utilize a subcontractor, we will make sure to keep our clients fully informed and provide transparent communication about the subcontractor's involvement.
Is H&E Janitorial bonded and insured?
We take the hiring process seriously and every employee undergoes a comprehensive interview, orientation, and background check. To ensure the safety of both our employees and clients, we hold industry-leading liability insurance, providing peace of mind and protection.
